Technology Solutions for Provincial Partners

MERLIN provides tailored technology services to key provincial organizations, delivering reliable infrastructure, connectivity, and support to meet the unique operational needs of government partners.

MERLIN has an agreement with the Manitoba Emergency Services College (MESC) to provide technical services such as:

  • Manages the college’s Help Desk, supporting staff and students’ technology requests.
  • Managing the network infrastructure for the building including wired and wireless infrastructure.
  • Managing all desktop and laptop assets and replacement of equipment.
  • Managing all software and cloud-based services used by the school.

MERLIN has an agreement with the Manitoba School For The Deaf (MSD) to provide complete technology support and to upgrade the infrastructure at the school. Some of the services MERLIN provides to MSD are:

  • Managing the school’s Help Desk, supporting staff and students’ technology requests.
  • Managing the network infrastructure for the building including wired and wireless infrastructure.
  • Managing all desktop and laptop assets and replacement of equipment.
  • Managing all software and cloud-based services used by the school.

MERLIN provides consulting support for two provincial government departments: the Department of Innovation and New Technology and the Department of Education and Early Childhood Learning.

  • MERLIN has a Memorandum of Understanding with the Department of Education to provide consulting and IT-related services
